1973
All Metric (DBA) was established. All Metric was the first company in the Northwest to stock metric fasteners. Located on Utah Ave. in Seattle’s SODO distric.
1980
Fasteners that used the SAE system of measuring fell under the brand of HiStrength Bolt. Soon after HiStrength Bolt was established the All Metric brand would operate under this name as well. This is the first HiStrength Bolt logo created.
1991
During the first 20 years, invoicing was hand written and costs were looked up manually in catalogs or placing phone calls to vendors. In 1991, the Fastpac ERP system was installed. Pricing and inventory were stored on this system and printed out on DOT Matrix printers.
1992
HiStrength closes the Seattle operation. Personnel and inventory are relocated to the Kent facility.
1993
HiStrength Bolt begins stocking MRO products and is recognized as stocking more than just fasteners.
1993
New HiStrength Bolt logo with the bolt man icon, reinforcing the strength portion of the name.
2022
Joins NetPlus Alliance, an industrial supply buying group located in Buffalo, NY.
2023
Noticing most customers refer to HiStrength Bolt as just “HiStrength” the word Bolt was removed from the name. The logo was developed to showcase the “What” and “Who” we are while having a strong but friendly feel.
2024
Partners with Aspirant Digital in Chicago, IL to facilitate launch of the new ecommerce division.
