Returns, Cancellations, and Refund Policy

  1. Product Returns

    Eligibility for Returns:
    - Items must be returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
    - The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.
    - Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, custom products, intimate items, gift cards, etc.) are not eligible for returns. Please check the product description for specific return information.

    How to Return an Item:

    - Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice or packing list. Return orders should be insured for your protection and returned to:

    Return Shipping:
    - Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
    - We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

    Processing Time:
    - Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within twenty (20) days.
    - If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within thirty (30) days.
  2. Cancellations

    Order Cancellations:
    - Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@histrength.com  / 1 (800) 340-2658 if you need to cancel your order.
    - Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after receiving the item.

    Pre-Order Cancellations:
    - Pre-orders can be canceled any time before the release date. Please contact us for assistance with canceling your pre-order.
  3. Refunds

    Refund Eligibility:
    - Refunds will only be processed for items returned in accordance with our return policy.
    - If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
    - If the payment method is no longer available, store credit will be issued instead.

    Partial Refunds:
    - Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not returned in their original condition or are missing parts (at our discretion).

    Non-Refundable Items:

    Late or Missing Refunds:
